So you've decided to get fit and buy an exercise bike. But wait - there seem to be hundreds to choose from on the market costing anything from £100 to well over £3,000! Which one should you go for? Do I need a heart rate programme? A recumbent bike? Is magnetic resistance better than air or mechanical braking systems?
